18+ Years Old
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Nepali citizenship certificate.
Two-Wheeler Vehicle
Motorbike, scooter, EV scooter, or bicycle in good road condition.
License & Bluebook
Valid Nepali driving license and up-to-date vehicle registration (Bluebook).
